We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Level 4 Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of adaptive practice and inclusion to work in our internal SEND class – the Hive.

The successful candidate will be passionate about being part of the Hive team and working alongside motivated colleagues.

The Hive is led by teachers but as a team, the staff work closely to provide a high quality SEND offer for children with complex social communication needs. All staff work collaboratively to ensure children's progress towards their own individual outcomes.

About the Candidate

It is important that as a TA4, you are proactive, nurturing and child-centred, as well as being able to communicate effectively, support with planning and delivery of sessions alongside supporting with assessments within the team.
