Senior Recruitment Consultant

The role involves winning new business, building candidate pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The position is permanent, hybrid (4 days office, 1 day home), and offers uncapped commission and benefits.
About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of a 360 desk, supporting clients across temporary and permanent recruitment. You'll immerse yourself in your market - understanding projects, skill needs, client strategies and hiring trends - while building a strong pipeline of job‑ready talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 360 recruitment across your Construction or Engineering market
- Win new business and grow relationships across multiple client stakeholders
- Become a market expert - understanding projects, skill needs and hiring trends
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of job‑ready candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
- Use social media and networking to attract talent and build your brand
- Provide market insight on salaries, skills and progression
- Maintain high compliance standards across all activity
- Plan ahead by anticipating upcoming roles and candidate availability
