[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Talent Strategy Consultant – Talent Assessment Consultant to support pre-sales by translating client needs into tailored talent assessment solutions.
Position Summary
As a Pre-Sales, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle by translating client needs into tailored talent assessment solutions. You will collaborate closely with COCdemonstrate, and communicate assessment frameworks that enhance hiring, leadership development, and workforce capability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on talent assessment solutions during pre-sales engagements, conducting client discovery sessions to identify needs.
- Design tailored assessment architectures using psychometric tools and digital platforms, aligning solutions with client competency models and performance outcomes.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling proposals, presentations, demos, and proof of concept sessions that translate complex methodologies into client-friendly language.
- Collaborate with internal teams and engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D leaders to ensure solution alignment and build trusted client relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in assessments.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or HR solutions roles, with a strong track record.
- Solid understanding of psychometric principles, talent assessment methodologies, and selection practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into structured assessment solutions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong proposal writing, solution scoping abilities, and an analytical mindset comfortable with interpreting assessment and talent data.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Certification in assessment tools such as SHL, Hogan, MBTI, Saville, or Korn Ferry.
- Proven involvement in thought leadership activities, including contributing insights, content, or webinars.
- Strong familiarity with emerging trends in assessments.
- Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., French or Spanish).
