Job Purpose Summary

This role exists to champion and accelerate the commercial value of HubSpot CRM across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. It is a sales‑minded, commercially focused role that ensures HubSpot becomes a driver of GP and revenue growth, pipeline consistency, improved conversion, higher productivity, and better customer engagement across all Sales teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the Sales Champion for CRM: Promote HubSpot as a sales productivity and lead generation tool; educate teams on CRM benefits; represent sales needs; ensure consistent usage of key HubSpot features; challenge low adoption; embed CRM into coaching; translate commercial objectives into daily habits.
  • Sales Enablement & Training: Train sales teams on HubSpot; collaborate with People Development; run onboarding, refreshers, and drop‑in sessions; support feature rollouts; champion data completeness.
  • Identify Commercial Opportunities Enabled by CRM: Spot opportunities for automation; work with Marketing and Sales; highlight CRM insights for territory planning and vendor partnerships.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Business Process Mapping: Support onboarding of new sales teams; document sales workflows; identify process improvements; hand off structured inputs to Solution Architect.
  • Partner with Project Team and Sales Leadership to improve CRM-tracked KPIs via HubSpot reporting.

This role does NOT configure HubSpot or build technical workflows. It is a sales‑first enablement role.
