Energy & Power Advisory Lead

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Energy & Power Advisory Lead to manage and develop the Energy portfolio, implement commercial plans, lead prospecting, support client executives, ensure customer satisfaction, and respond to tenders.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the sales plan.
  • Manage the client manager network.
  • Maintain the portfolio and build trust with insureds.
  • Ensure growth and profitability of the Energy portfolio.
  • Analyze client risks for optimal coverage and update contracts.
  • Develop the Energy portfolio through targeted commercial prospecting (calls, visits).
  • Define and monitor prospecting strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare, attend, and follow up on team and commercial meetings.
  • Apply Group commercial directives.
  • Support technical teams on complex placements.
  • Respond to tenders.
