Associate / Engagement Manager - Private Capital Practice

The Role and Responsibilities
- Associates will effectively break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants.
- Plan and execute analysis as well as identify core issues to craft suitable recommendations.
- Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams.
- Engagement managers lead the team through efficient problem-solving from initial thought process to convergence on a solution.
- Ensure recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive, demanding thought leadership and command of technical and operational details.
Your Attributes and Experience
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Knowledge and strong expertise in Due Diligence.
- Background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Initiative, creativity, and aptitude for analytical work.
- Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team.
