We are a dynamic and rapidly growing team of quantitative analytics specialists, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to cover a global footprint, working across multiple industries including, but not limited to, Financial Services, Climate & Sustainability, Energy, Retail, and Transportation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Associate Team Leaders and Team Leaders typically work on one project at a time; Directors work on two smaller or one large complex project.
  • Project work involves developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
  • Using Partners and internal network effectively to provide technical and senior-level steer.
  • Working in a team with clients to complete deliverables to high standard.
  • Maintaining energy and positive work life balance of team.
  • Coaching [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and client team members to develop skills.

Your Attributes and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering).
  • Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in advanced analytics and data manipulation software: R, Python, SAS, SQL, or SPSS.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
  • Independent work under limited supervision respecting timelines.
  • Present effectively results, potential issues, and implications.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage demanding work volume and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and respect confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Associate Team Leader: 3+ years experience in specialized consulting firms or top tier banking/finance.
  • Team Leader: 5+ years experience.
  • Director: 8+ years experience.
