Job Overview
As a Senior Product Manager – Source-to-Contract (S2C), you will play a key role in shaping and evolving our sourcing and contract management solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing both existing (legacy) Sourcing and Contract Management products, as well as defining and executing the roadmap for our next-generation Contract Management solution.
You’ll act as the main interface between Product Management, Engineering, Design and other internal stakeholders — ensuring delivery of impactful, customer-driven enhancements and innovations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own and deliver the roadmap for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’ legacy Sourcing and Contract Management products, prioritizing initiatives based on customer feedback, market needs, and internal goals.
- Participate and influence the strategy and roadmap definition for the new Contract Management product, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Develop and groom the product backlog.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the engineering team, product marketing and product design, ensuring smooth collaboration, clarity of requirements, and efficient execution in agile sprints.
- Conduct product discovery and research to gather insights from customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to ensure successful go-to-market alignment and communication of product value.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, using data and customer insights to drive iterative improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the S2C and P2P ecosystem, identifying opportunities to enhance integration and end-to-end process efficiency.
- Act as a product ambassador, representing the S2C portfolio internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably within sourcing, contract management or procurement domains.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in agile product development and backlog prioritization.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Source-to-Contract or Procure-to-Pay processes and best practices.
- Experience with ERP or spend management solutions.
- Understanding of AI-driven sourcing or contract automation tools.
