Job Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Product Manager to join our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Payments team, take ownership of a defined area within the product and partner integrations. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Payments is a fast-growing new product at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] with an ambitious roadmap spanning multiple geographies. The candidate has a good understanding of the B2B payment world across multiple geographies, experience working with payment products, and deep technical expertise.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute on the product roadmap, in line with the defined strategy.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, scalable product features.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver product capabilities on time and at scale.
- Be comfortable talking to customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborate closely with other suite-wide Product Managers to ensure alignment.
- Work with external payment partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Support go-to-market teams with product expertise and training.
- Monitor global regulatory updates and adjust execution plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, ERP, fintech, working with Payments solutions.
- Strong understanding of Payments processes; understanding of Accounts Payable processes is a strong benefit.
- Excellent communication skills — proactive, articulate, and able to explain complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, and business teams.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn regulations into actionable product requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
