Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Operations Manager to support the effective delivery of services across our EMEA region. This role sits at the intersection of resource planning, technical operations, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Resource Planning & Scheduling: Own and manage allocation of technical resources; maintain resource schedules; monitor utilisation.
  • Project & Change Coordination: Track changes across projects, collaborate with Delivery and Project Management teams.
  • Technical Support Triage: Act as central point for triaging technical support requests; assign resources based on priority and skillset.
  • Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate resource utilisation; identify inefficiencies; lead change management initiatives.
  • Technical Enablement Support: Coordinate technical enablement initiatives; facilitate cross-training; support upskilling of functions.
  • People Management (EMEA): Provide line management support for selected team members; support performance management and development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in change management, resource management, operations, or project coordination within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles and technical support processes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience driving operational improvements and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and technical consulting environments is highly desirable.
