Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Contact dormant and low-spend customers
- Identify and convert opportunities
- Onboard customers onto [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] website
- Promote quick order, quotes, and recommendations
- Build and maintain database
- Identify competitor customers
- Work with marketing & internal sales teams
- Support marketing campaigns
- Track activity, engagement and revenue
Key Objectives
- Reactivate dormant and low-spend customer accounts
- Drive adoption of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] digital tools (website, quick order, quoting)
- Increase transactional revenue from dormant customers
- Build a qualified pipeline of active accounts
