Zero-Hour Contract Support Workers – Southampton

  • Location: Southampton (S014 and SO16)
  • Pay Rate: £14.09 per hour
  • Contract Type: Zero-Hour Contract
  • Service Area: Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Services

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care and practical support in line with each Service User’s individual care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting Service Users with daily living tasks
  • Providing personal care where required
  • Administering or supporting with medication
  • Preparing meals and supporting with feeding
  • Supporting Service Users to access the community
  • Helping with cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
  • Responding to queries and concerns
  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Working as part of a team

Hours may include day shifts, sleep-ins and waking night shifts.
