Reservations Coordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join their team in Central London. This full-time role offers £15-£18 per hour inclusive of tronc.

What You’ll Be Doing at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]

  • Responding to booking enquiries promptly and professionally across phone and email
  • Coordinating group bookings, including set menus, minimum spends, pre-orders and liaising with Restaurant Managers
  • Managing daily booking confirmations and maintaining accurate guest notes
  • Inputting and managing third-party reservations via OpenTable and DesignMyNight
  • Building strong knowledge of our restaurants: capacities, turn times, menus, allergens and policies
  • Organising Kids Masterclasses, including guest communication and internal coordination
  • Responding to guest feedback via social media with care and personality
  • Supporting gift card purchases and guest requests
  • Producing cover and feedback reports to support restaurant performance
  • Helping to keep the reservations office running smoothly, from post to maintaining a clean, organised workspace
