Pay: £13.97 to £16.69 per hour. Shift patterns: 08:00 - 12:00 Thursday and Fridays.

Your Role

Are you an experienced Community Care Assistant looking for care work in Redditch that fits around your life? You will be supported, valued, and given the time and tools to deliver great care. Applicants must hold UK or European driving license.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily support
• Friendly companionship and emotional support
• Live-in care for clients who need round the clock help
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Safe medication support
• Assisting with complex and specialist care needs
• Palliative and end of life care with compassion

Requirements

• At least 6 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
• Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
• The right to work in the UK
• Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided
• Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
• Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
