Community Care Assistant
Location: Cardiff | Job Type: Full time | Rate: £13.97 to £16.69 per hour
Your role. Supporting independence every day.
As a Community Care Assistant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence.
- Personal care and daily support
- Friendly companionship and emotional support
- Live-in care for clients who need round the clock help

- Palliative and end of life care with compassion
What we are looking for
- At least 6 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
- Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided
- Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
- Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
