What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans
  • Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect

What we’re looking for:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting
  • A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
  • The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
  • Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
