What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans
- Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes

What we’re looking for:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting
- A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
- The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
- Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
