Residential Support Worker

Job Type: Part-time | Rate: Up to £16.68 per hour

Your Role
You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑to‑day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship.
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Encourage independence and daily routines
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Be a steady, caring presence — someone they can count on
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years)
- At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)
- Right to work in the UK
- A kind, resilient, and team‑focused attitude
