As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. What You Need
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
- Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
