Support Worker – Northallerton

About the Role

You will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What You Need

Eligibility to work in the UK
A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
