About the Role

What You'll Do

• Deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in residential homes, supported living, and the community.
• Help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What You Need

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
• Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
