Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Weston-super-Mare | Job Type: Full-time | Rate: Up to £16.68 per hour
The Role
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we support children and young people to feel safe, valued, and understood. We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to work within children's residential services in Weston-super-Mare.
Your role as a Residential Support Worker will include:
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
- Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
- Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way
- Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days
What We Are Looking For
- At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
- A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
- The right to work in the UK
- A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach
