Residential Support Worker – Children’s Services | Elgin

Pay: £13.90 to £16.68 per hour
Shifts: Flexible shifts available. Part-time and full-time hours.

Your Role

You will work within a children’s residential setting, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive role modelling. Duties include:

• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
• Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
• Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way
• Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days

Requirements

• At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
• A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
• The right to work in the UK
• A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach
