Pay and Shifts

Pay: £14.58 to £17.50 per hour. Shifts: Part-time and full-time available. Regular and long term bookings are available for experienced and reliable staff.

Your Responsibilities

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
  • Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence.
  • Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way.
  • Being a calm and reliable presence during both good and challenging days.

Requirements

  • At least six months of full-time care experience within the last three years.
  • A minimum of three months’ experience working with children or young people within the last three years.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach.
