Your role as a Residential Support Worker
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
- Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
- Helping children manage emotions and behaviours safely
- Being a calm, reliable presence during good and challenging days
What we are looking for
- At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
- A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
- The right to work in the UK
- A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach
