Your role as a Residential Support Worker

• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
• Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
• Helping children manage emotions and behaviours safely
• Being a calm, reliable presence during good and challenging days

What we are looking for

• At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
• A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
• The right to work in the UK
• A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach
