Children's Residential Support Worker

About the Role

We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to work within children’s residential services in Bridgwater. If you have experience supporting children or young people and want work that truly matters, this role gives you the chance to make a lasting difference every shift.

Your Responsibilities

Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people
Supporting daily routines and encouraging independence
Helping children manage emotions and behaviours in a safe way
Being a calm, reliable presence during both good and challenging days

Requirements

At least 6 months of full-time care experience within the last 3 years
A minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children or young people within the last 3 years
The right to work in the UK
A caring, resilient, and team-focused approach
