Role Summary

Make a real difference in a child’s life with flexible shifts and same day pay in Rushden. Pay: £13.90 to £16.68 per hour. Hours: Part time and full time available. Regular, long term bookings for experienced and reliable staff.

Your Role

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
• Support daily routines, education, and independence.
• Help young people manage emotions and behaviours safely.
• Provide a calm and reliable presence during both positive and challenging situations.
• Work closely with the wider care team to deliver consistent, high quality care.

What We Are Looking For

• At least six months of paid care experience within the last three years.
• At least three months’ experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a regulated environment.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Being a driver and/or having regular access to a vehicle is advantageous as some clients are in remote places away from public transport.
• A caring, resilient and professional approach.
