About the role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Swansea to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
  • Support people with daily routines, shopping, cooking, personal care and life skills.
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
  • Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.

What you need

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
  • Experience in supporting people with autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
  • PMVA trained (desirable)
  • Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
