Job Description
We are hiring exceptional Children’s Support Workers to care for children and young adults aged 16-25 with educational disabilities in a specialist college. This is a chance to offer stability, safety and encouragement to those who need it most. You will help them overcome challenges, grow in confidence and build brighter futures.

About the role
You will support children and young adults within a specialist education college. Your role will include building trusting relationships, promoting routines and life skills, supporting with emotional regulation and managing behaviours with consistency and care.
What we’re looking for
- At least 6 months of full-time care experience in the past 3 years
- At least three months’ experience supporting children or young people, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
- The right to work in the UK
- A commitment to delivering care that is respectful, empathetic and team-focused
- Experience working with highly challenging behaviours
