Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketo Solutions Consultant to support the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our marketing automation ecosystem. This contract role will partner closely with marketing, sales operations, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver scalable lead management, campaign execution, and customer lifecycle automation through Adobe Marketo Engage. The ideal candidate combines deep Marketo technical expertise with strong strategic consulting skills, helping translate business requirements into efficient, measurable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Marketo programs, smart campaigns, nurture streams, landing pages, forms, and email templates
- Architect and maintain lead lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, and routing logic
- Integrate Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Develop scalable campaign frameworks for demand generation, lead nurturing, webinar/event automation, customer onboarding, and upsell/cross-sell lifecycle programs
- Manage data hygiene, normalization, deduplication, and operational workflows
- Configure reporting dashboards and campaign attribution models
- Troubleshoot sync issues, API integrations, and operational bottlenecks
- Advise stakeholders on Marketo best practices, governance, and automation strategy
- Document architecture, processes, and implementation recommendations
- Train internal teams on platform usage and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage
- Proven experience in marketing automation architecture and campaign operations
- Strong knowledge of Smart Lists / Smart Campaigns, Program Tokens, Lead Scoring, Lifecycle Modeling, Segmentation, Dynamic Content, Revenue Cycle Analytics
- Experience integrating Marketo with CRM, webinar, ABM, and analytics platforms
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
- Experience with API/webhook integrations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Marketo certification
- Experience with Salesforce administration or RevOps collaboration
- Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, Outreach, LeanData, Bizible/Adobe Measure
- B2B SaaS demand generation experience
- Familiarity with GDPR / CAN-SPAM compliance requirements

Compensation
