Care Support Worker – Norwich

£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

26.25 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A Day in the Life

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Work as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Participate and support wellbeing events and activities.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Mayflower Court is our modern purpose-built care home in Norwich, part of the Bowthorpe Care Village. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
