Requirements

  • Maintenance Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role or strong handyman skills, coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude to tackle tasks both big and small.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: Good understanding of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to upholding compliance standards to ensure the safety of our residents and team members.

While we require professional experience, it is not essential to have previously building maintenance experience and worked in an education or care setting or with autistic children and young people.
