About the role

To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Responsive Repairs team, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be responsible for carrying out repairs inspection on housing stock along with line management for a small trades team allocated for the works.
  • Communicating with the customer, trades management and members.
  • Provide a high level professional efficient service

About you

  • Working in a busy responsive repairs team based in the councils Fleming Rd depot, Corby.
  • You will interact with a wide variety of people, and will need to be enthusiastic, methodical, self-motivated and possess excellent customer service skills along with PC skills.
  • Experienced in this sector or similar.
  • A Full driving licence is required for this role.
