Wellbeing Coach

  • Location: Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Salary: £24,772 per year
  • Contract: 2 Years Fixed Term
  • Application Deadline: Thursday 14th May

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Coach to join our team and support individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging recovery groups
  • Deliver 1–1 support sessions
  • Lead psychoeducation programmes that empower lasting change
  • Create a safe, encouraging environment where people can grow and thrive
