FULL DESCRIPTION

Men's Group Support Worker

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a friendly, motivated Support Worker for our award-winning Men's Group.

Hours: 5 hours per week
Location: Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Medway
Salary: £12.87 per hour
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term

Role Overview

You'll help guide sessions, support attendees, and create a welcoming space for open conversation. The role includes delivering course material, staying in touch with client referrals, and keeping records up to date. If you're organised, approachable, and passionate about supporting others, we'd love to hear from you.
