Out Of Hours Individual Support Coach

Sessions may be delivered in person, online, or over the phone. This is a 1-year fixed term contract, 13 hours per week, based in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley. Salary £13.13 per hour.

Job Description

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable coach to deliver 1–1 support sessions during evenings and Saturdays. You’ll work with clients in recovery, offering encouragement, guidance, and a safe space to talk. Sessions may be delivered in person, online, or over the phone, depending on client needs. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, flexible, and confident working independently.
