Job Description

Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only. Working pattern: Monday to Friday (8:00–3:30 or 8:30–4:00).

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven People Co-ordinator to become a key part of our friendly and supportive People Team. You’ll be at the heart of our organisation—supporting colleagues across the Trust and helping ensure every stage of the employee journey runs seamlessly.

As a People Co-ordinator you will:

  • Support our people – act as first point of contact, manage absence processes, promote wellbeing, maintain confidential records
  • Deliver great recruitment experiences – coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, support safer recruitment, welcome new starters
  • Keep everything on track – manage People systems, support payroll, prepare contracts and documentation, assist with meetings and employee relations

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • A confident communicator with great people skills
  • Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive information
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Passionate about supporting others and making a difference
