What You'll Do

  • Build and manage our suite of people products, creating automations.
  • Create systems that sharpen our culture, aligning with 2025 people strategy.
  • Navigate labor regulations across Europe, the US, and India.
  • Design and oversee the entire employee journey.
  • Scale benefits and compensation administration, ensuring payroll runs across multiple currencies.
  • Launch insight-driven initiatives using data.
  • Collaborate globally to reflect our London-born brand.
