What You'll Do
- Build and manage our suite of people products, creating automations.
- Create systems that sharpen our culture, aligning with 2025 people strategy.
- Navigate labor regulations across Europe, the US, and India.
- Design and oversee the entire employee journey.
- Scale benefits and compensation administration, ensuring payroll runs across multiple currencies.
- Launch insight-driven initiatives using data.
- Collaborate globally to reflect our London-born brand.
