About the Role

We are a new, purpose-built NCC home registered with Ofsted in September 2024. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] operates 5 other children's homes including a national secure children centre with education. Our open homes accommodate 25 young people aged 6-17. This role requires shift work including early and late shifts, predominantly weekend working. You will support young people to address emotional, social, and educational needs.

Key Requirements

  • Good general education and willingness to complete Diploma Level 4 in Residential Childcare
  • Resilience, dedication, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required
