Role Overview

We are redesigning our Organisational Development & Culture (OD&C) service and recruiting three Senior OD Advisers with depth in specific practice areas: Culture & Behaviour Change, Digital Learning Design & LMS, or Digital OD & Workforce Digital Skills. These are OD generalist roles first, each with a specialist focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose organisational issues and contract effectively with services and leaders
  • Design and deliver OD interventions across the consulting cycle
  • Work flexibly across priorities through OD squads
  • Contribute to agile OD operating model from June 2026
  • Embed digital learning, culture change, or workforce digital skills depending on specialism

About You

Essential OD generalist foundation:

  • Strong grounding in organisational development practice
  • Experience diagnosing organisational and behavioural issues
  • Confidence contracting with managers and leaders
  • Skilled facilitation and OD intervention design
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and competing priorities
  • A reflective, learning-oriented OD mindset

Depth-specific expertise (role-dependent): You will bring credible, recent expertise in the specialist area you are applying for. These are not entry-level specialist posts.
