A minimum of 12 months on your right to work, a background within kitchens and understanding of how to run a professional kitchen, and knowledge of the IDDSI framework or supporting complex dietary requirements is desirable. Please note that this is a bank contract. Must be flexible to work weekends and/or during the week when needed.

Main Duties

  • Menu planning - Collaborating with the home manager and residents' requests to develop and implement menu ideas.
  • Understanding dietary needs - Working with staff to meet specific nutritional and dietary needs including modified food textures and allergies.
  • Kitchen Management - Main point of contact for the kitchen, responsible for day-to-day running of stock management and hygiene standards.
