Housekeeper - Paediatrics
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for the Children's Unit and Paediatric Observation and Assessment Unit at The Royal Oldham Hospital. The role involves coordinating patient facilities, maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and supporting meal processes. Salary: £25,272 per annum (Band 2, Agenda for Change). Permanent contract.
Main Duties
- Daily organisation, maintaining stock levels, audits, and cleanliness of the environment
- Supporting meals processes within the unit
- Management of stock and supporting maintenance of equipment
- General housekeeping of the unit
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a housekeeping role
- Experience in using customer care skills
- Excellent communication, IT, numeracy, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Able to work flexibly to meet service needs
