Support Worker

This full-time, permanent role offers £14.50 per hour (rising to £14.80 after 3 months) and involves providing care and support for men with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
Job Summary
We are currently recruiting Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Main Duties
- Provide support for nursing staff including admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients.
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users.
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
- Work within Safeguarding guidelines.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
