The department performs approximately 2,800 Nuclear Medicine examinations each year, around 75% of which support oncology pathways. We have two gamma cameras, including one hybrid SPECT/CT system, and an in-house radiopharmacy. We are also in the early stages of planning to replace the second camera with another SPECT/CT system. The successful applicant will be involved in patient imaging, image processing, radiopharmaceutical preparation and dispensing, as well as assisting with and administering radiopharmaceuticals.
Main Duties of the Job
This is a clinically focused role for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Radiographer or Clinical Technologist who can support the routine day-to-day delivery of the service.
