Job Description

Since launching the world's first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has grown into an award-winning, multinational company with a product range loved by pizza makers all over the globe. Our mission has always been to design innovative products that spark joy in our customers, and whilst we're incredibly proud of what we've accomplished so far - we're only just getting started.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering amazing products that customers love? Do you love to make things happen? If so, keep reading!

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a Project Manager to join our awesome Product team to help ensure we deliver on our promise of providing high-quality products to cost and on schedule.

This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week from our office in Broxburn, Scotland.

What you'll do:

  • Develop integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets, driving projects through the full development process from initial ideas through to mass manufacture and global launch.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, working closely with our development teams, wider business functions and overseas manufacturing partners.
  • Always look for a better way to do things. You'll champion the tools and processes that help us move fast without losing our way, turning 'lessons learned' into our new standard.
  • Report to the Head of Product Programme Management, but be expected to take ownership of running product development streams.

We're not looking for a 'note-taker'—we're looking for someone who loves the detail of a Gantt chart but never loses sight of the big picture: getting an incredible product into a customer's hands.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in project management
  • Practical experience in development of hardware products / consumer goods
  • Degree or qualification in relevant field
  • A passion for creative problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, optimistic and solutions orientated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers
  • Mandarin / Cantonese fluency
  • If you're a graduate without experience - we'll consider you if you think you're right for the role.
