Job Description

Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has grown into an award-winning, multinational company. We are seeking an Innovations Engineer to join our world-class team. This is an on-site role in Broxburn, Scotland.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify Opportunities: Conduct market analysis and technology scouting to spot emerging trends.
  • Concept Development: Lead brainstorming, feasibility studies, and create proof-of-concepts.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Design and build mechanical prototypes.
  • Testing & Iteration: Rigorously test prototypes using data and iterative testing.
  • Plan & Coordinate: Develop project plans and manage timelines.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of R&D activities.
  • Collaborate & Report: Work cross-functionally and deliver updates to stakeholders.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Project Mindset: Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.
