We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as Deputy Manager. This position is full-time, 36hrs per week, with shifts covering from Monday to Sunday. To assist in the effective, efficient and safe running of the Home within budgetary guidelines, adhering to company policy, procedure and all legal and regulatory requirements, including On-Call duties. To assist in leading the team of staff ensuring the care of residents is delivered at an optimum level.

Essential Criteria

  • Current registration on the NMC Live Register as a Level 1 Nurse.
  • A genuine passion for developing nursing and care staff to deliver high standards of resident care and positive outcomes.
  • Strong competence in person-centred care planning, with the ability to maintain meaningful, compliant, and accurate care records.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including at least 2 years within a relevant care setting.
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a car.

Desirable Criteria

  • 6 months management experience
