Multi Trade Operative
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are recruiting for experienced Multi Trade Operatives on behalf of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to support with social housing maintenance and repairs on occupied and void properties in Northamptonshire.
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £17.90/hr
Job Type: Temporary
Key Requirements & Experience
- Strong multiskilled capability across a range of trade tasks: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring, Groundworks.
- Essential experience working in occupied social housing (3 years preferred)
- Must be local to the area - company vehicle is provided strictly for work use (vehicles are tracked for lone working/H&S purposes as well as to prevent misuse of company property)
Workload & Environment
- Reactive responsive service: Standard repairs turnaround 30 days, Emergency callouts 24 hours
- High-volume environment: Over 8,000-property and garage stock, approx. 1,500 reactive repairs per month, 20,000 repairs completed last year
