About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team. Based around the Buxton area, you will be working 25 hours a week, split shifts from Monday to Friday, anywhere between 7am-7pm. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
  • Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
  • Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
  • Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and willingness to attend training.
  • Cleaning will be required as deep cleans during office closed hours. Experience with cleaning machines (carpet cleaners, hard floor cleaners, high reached dusting equipment).
  • PAT Testing experience desirable. Basic maintenance knowledge helpful (painting, repairs, putting up notice boards).

Requirements

  • Great customer service and communication skills in a similar setting.
  • An Enhanced DBS is required.
  • A full clean manual Drivers License.
