Key Responsibilities
- Providing personalised care, emotional support, and daily guidance
- Supporting education, routines, and structured activities
- Promoting independence and positive behaviour
- Encouraging community engagement within Swansea
- Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and senior staff
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and resilient approach
- Passion for working with children in a residential setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and occasional nights
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
