In-house Recruiter
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Solutions are seeking an In-house Recruiter to join their RPO team recruiting for roles within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
What will your day-to-day look like?
You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume, permanent blue collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers. A key part of the role is developing proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers—understanding their needs, market trends, geographical challenges, and ensuring we consistently secure the best talent.
What skills do we require?
- Proven experience in an in-house, high volume recruitment role (ideally within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)
- Strong motivation and passion for recruitment and people
- A mindset for process improvement and innovative thinking
- Ability to work independently under pressure, managing a varied workload in line with business needs
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Flexibility to travel between client sites as required; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
